  3. At least one of the authors must register before 2019/06/15 for the inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.

  4. The full conference program will be available around 2019/06/25.

  5. 2019 ICLIS-Taipei will provide a conference program for all participants. The program will include sessions, activities, and conference information to provide opportunities for various viewpoints to be expressed and for voices to be heard. Short abstracts for all full papers and poster papers will be included in the conference program. Hard copy will be available at the time of registration and check-in the conference on site. Electronic version will be available for download around 06/25/2019. The conference program will be published by National Taiwan Normal University with an ISBN.

  6. 2019 ICLIS-Taipei will also publish a conference proceeding. Please note that only accepted full papers will be included and published. The electronic version will be published on the conference website and provided for download free of charge. However, if the participants would like a hard copy of the conference proceeding, each copy is $10 (or 300 NTD) for purchase online on the conference registration page or onsite. Please collect the hard copy at the conference registration. The conference proceeding will be published by National Taiwan Normal University with an ISBN.
